Booking Confirmation
Once your reservation is made, you will receive a “Booking Confirmed” email, indicating our acceptance of your request. The next email will confirm your assigned driver.
Quotes & Reservations
You can obtain a quote or book our services, either as a gest or a customer through our mobile site, website, or by downloading our App “A7 Royals” from the Apple App Store and Google Play. Both platforms are designed with your convenience and security in mind. For assistance, call us at (216) 769-7370 or chat us through WhatsApp on our mobile site or App.
Driver Assignment
Your driver is assigned by a human, not a computer algorithm. You will receive a “You’re on the Schedule” email once your driver is assigned, usually a few days before your service date due to logistical considerations. If you’re using our Mobile App, the app will update to show your driver’s name and number under “My Trips/Upcoming Rides.” You’ll also receive a push notification when your driver is en route.
Hourly waiting rate is $85
Charges
Your quoted price is based on the estimated distance and duration. The final charges will reflect the actual distance and duration at the time of service.
For Point-to-Point airport transfers, there’s no extra fee for wait time if your flight is delayed. Your driver will track your flight and wait for you upon landing. If your flight is canceled, contact our office to cancel the reservation without charge. After landing, the driver waits for 40 minutes for free. Beyond that, a $40 fee is charged every 30 minutes for wait time. For non-airport Point-to-Point service, wait time charges apply 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time and continue every 30 minutes as needed.
Taxes & Tips
We apply an 8% Ohio sales tax to all orders.
Included Tip:
A 20% tip is automatically added to the fare. The entire tip amount is shared among the drivers and office staff. If you’d like to tip more, you can directly tip your driver. Content drivers are dependable drivers!
Trip Protection
Our $8 Trip Protection option ensures enhanced flexibility if your travel plans change last minute. You’ll receive a full refund of your ride if you choose this option up to 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
To avoid charges, contact our office if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your pickup time. You can update or change your reservation through the dashboard.
Arrival Meet and Greet
The driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. This option usually has an extra cost and it is shown underneath the price of your transfer. However, if you do not add this extra option, the driver will meet you at their meeting point.
